now that's an idea our neo-liberal parties in germany could get behind. after introducing limiting payment cards for 2nd-class citizens -- refugees, long-term unemployed, and poor people in general -- we could just be put in prison. some minor laws may have to be adjusted, like making it illegal to be poor, but think of the benefits to society that counts, i.e., the top 3%.
